Training program for local NGOs
As part of the program, the Center for Advocacy and Human Rights (CADO) launched a the competition for the selection of 7 of the NGO active in the counties of Brașov, Cluj-napoca, Constanta, Ialomita, Maramureș, Mureș and partners for this project in view of the capacity as a watchdog on the monitoring of the gender segregation in education and in the development of advocacy at the local, regional, national and european parliament in order to defend and promote the rights of children in non-discrimnare, and a quality education.
In the period from 17 to 28 may 2021, and three representatives from the 7th of NGOS attended, with the monitors of the partner, the Association of Concultanților in the Development of the Community in the daily sessions of the training, addressing the 3 main topics of the training, advocacy, monitoring, segregation of schools, and the legal representation of the victim. At the end of these courses, the members of the local NGO's:
- They have improved their knowledge and skills in the field of non-discrimination and the prevention of and the fight against the segregation of the school's advocacy at the local, regional, national and european level as well as in the development of awareness-raising campaigns among the victims of discrimination.
- They have not had the opportunity to interact with experts from the national and european level in the field.
After attending the lectures of the capacity of 2 members from each of the recipient organization will be employed on the project for about 5 months and months that the oversight of the local investigation and monitoring of cases of separation, the provision of legal advice to the victims of school segregation/legal guardians, as well as other activities that will enhance their ability as watchdogs in the field of non-discrimination. To do this:
- they will receive technical assistance from the experts of the national and eu-level, in the development of advocacy in the field of non-discrimination at the local, regional, national and european level;
- they will also have the opportunity to determine the future of partnerships with non-governmental organisations or public institutions, within their respective areas of interest.
- they will benefit from visibility at the european and at national level.

Brasov – The “Here for You
The association of the “Here for You” this is a non-governmental organization, which was established in the year 2015, working for the initiation, expansion, and improvement of social services, the social integration of individuals and groups are marginalized, through the activities of the educational, cultural, psychological counseling, and vocational training. Judeţul Constanţa Arrange thethe The association of the Students of Constance
The association of the Students of Constance this is a non-governmental organization, which was founded in 2013, working for the representation of the legitimate rights and interests of the students. The main areas of interest include education and access to education, the youth, and to promote civic involvement. Over the years, ACE has emerged as a player in the education system at the local and national level, bringing added value to the results obtained for the students, in the county of Constanta in Romania. Among the victories, the AEC has had recall the restoration of the voting rights on the Board of directors for the student body at the high school level (2015), gaining the respect of the law in respect of the provision of local transportation in the common stock of the school for the students of the municipality of Constanţa (2015), and obtaining a grant from the school textbooks free for all the students of classes XI and XII in the Usa, following a final decision of the Court of Appeal of Constance (2016).

Ialomița County – Association of Roma Lawyers from Romania RomaJust
Association of lawyers of roma out of Romania, RomaJust it is the first organization of lawyers of the roma in the country and in Europe, which was founded by the young lawyers of the roma. RomaJust was founded on 04 July 2015, and it is made up of graduate and undergraduate students of roma from the faculties of law in the country. RomaJust aims to contribute to the professional development of young lawyers of the roma in Romania, and to facilitate their access to the legal profession; and to create a generation of lawyers who will promote, defend the rights of the roma people, the fight against discrimination, and to encourage a sense of active citizenship. The association has as its main areas of activity and interest in the defence of the rights and interests of the members of the affected communities; the provision of advisory services, legal advice and representation; the establishment of the national level of the established law, the development of the campaign, caravan, law, etc.

The Association Of Young Roma Maramures this is a non-governmental organization, which was founded in 2008, which operates in the communities of the roma at the local level and the national level. The aim of the association is to form young people's roma, which is to support the development of roma communities in the county of Maramures. Mureș county – The Association of the Ray of Hope in the context of, and Therapy for ASD
The association of the Ray of Hope in the context of, and Therapy for ASD this is a non-governmental organization, which was established in (year) 2012, in which she (from the mission) and the promotion and defence of the rights and interests of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families, as well as the children and young people with special educational needs, and to support actions to improve the visibility of social development.
