Legal assistance to the victims of school segregation

Legal assistance to the victims of school segregation in the education will be free of charge, through the Center for Legal Assistance to be composed of 3 lawyers, and 5, the volunteers, the students of the university of Bucharest, in the field of legal and social systems. Legal aid will consist of the formulation of a complaint to the National Council for Combating Discrimination (CNCD), or the court, and the representation of them free of charge during the review of the complaint by a short description or civil proceedings/ administrative proceedings.
