
Advocacy
The advocacy campaign will consist in the implementation of advocacy activities at national and european level for the revision of the legal framework for the examination of juveniles in the criminal justice system as victims of trafficking, and that the requirement of recording audio and video of the hearing, and the hearing is limited to the level of a criminal investigation.
At the european level, he has sent a letter to the Commission of the Euroene for failing to fully transpose the eu directives, namely council Directive 2012/29/EU establishing minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of victims of crime, and the Directive 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings and protecting its victims, etc.
