Early school leaving is not an option
The most recent data published by the EUROSTAT places the Usa in one of the top 3, with a rate of school drop-out by 18.1% with an increasing trend. The situation is alarming, and the effects of the long-term affects to the Romanian society as a whole, both at the level of the economic and social level.

We are working in the community with an increased risk of dropping out of school, bringing in a paradigm shift in the whole of the community, working with all age groups and of all relevant stakeholders. What are the main causes of school dropout?
The model of the education provided by the family and the community, financial difficulties, low self-education, or early entry into the labour market, are just a few of the reasons that the child or his or her family decide to leave school early. Other factors that increase the risk of early school leaving, but that can't be controlled by the family of the distance of the school, or the lack of means of transport, and even the fluctuation of the teachers, who doesn't want the job for the long term at the school, who are faced with the phenomenon of early school leaving.

Romania is in compliance with the law on education, providing education for primary, secondary, and tertiary education free of charge. This is a right that can be enjoyed by everyone, children and young people in Romania. Various programs are carried out by non-governmental organisations, or institutions of the state, provides some additional help for children and young people who are in need.
